THE LASH LOUNGE® at our new location in Coppell, Texas is looking for dynamic Eyelash Extension Stylists for our premier eyelash salon.
This new salon has an excellent location in the center of Coppell, surrounded by shopping centers, beautiful neighborhoods and key places of activity for the community. Also, the tested salon layout has exquisite features, high-end interior furnishings and cutting-edge technology to provide a beautiful ambiance, excellent customer service and support for team members. Furthermore, the salon is expecting rapid growth given exceptional efforts to engage, educate and partner with the community of Coppell.

In addition, the owners of the salon in Coppell are community partners and support clients by champion efforts that positively touch lives and hearts of the community.
As a key component to our high performing team, this position will provide top-quality services for our clients, including: semi-permanent eyelash extensions, eyebrow extensions, lash and brow tinting and facial threading. Comprehensive initial and ongoing training will be provided by industry leaders. Also, team members will have the opportunity to support the local community through established paid volunteer hours.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Eyelash Specialty license in Texas
- Proficient in the application cosmetics to accentuate client’s natural beauty
- Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public
- Well organized, detail oriented and artistic
- Self-learner who is comfortable at educating clients on products and services
- Prior eyelash extension, brow extension, eyelash and eyebrow tinting, lash perms, and facial threading experience a plus

Days and hours for this position (Part-time and Full-time opportunities/up to 40 hours a week during store hours):
- Monday through Wednesday 10am – 7pm
- Thursday 9am – 7pm
- Friday 9am – 6pm
- Saturday 9am – 6pm
