Salon Assistant/ Intern

Overview

We are looking for a part-time assistant/intern with potential growth into a full-time stylist. The assistants responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Maintain work areas by sweeping floors and cleaning benches and shelves. Assist with salon reception duties such as answering telephone calls, making appointments, seating clients and taking payments. Prepare refreshments for clients. Assist senior staff with tasks: gathering supplies, mixing colors, shampooing hair, sterilizing tools, and general cleaning.

This position will be paid hourly with tips. We look forward to hearing from you!
