Overview

Our wellness center and med spa is seeking an Esthetician / Laser Technician. This position will be responsible for sales and marketing at the location. We are open to offer Spa Lead role to the right candidate. Appropriate managerial and operational training will be provided. But Sales acumen and previous experience is must.

We offer Ultra Cavitation, Radio Frequency, Lipo Laser and other body contouring and facial treatments. We are open Tuesday through Saturday and prefer candidates to be available to work 3 Saturday’s a month. Our business hours are Tues-Fri (9am to 7pm) and Saturday (9am to 3pm)

Our aesthetician/laser technicians work independently and as part of a team to improve the health and self – esteem of a patient. Excellent customer service skills are required for this position as well as tenacity, integrity, and the willingness to consistently pursue training to stay current as cosmetic laser technology advances.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to comfortably conducting first-time client consultations, explaining in detail the science and process behind body contouring treatments, and the ability to confidently answer all patient’s questions.

As well as, developing a specifically tailored plan of care for each new patient, implementing this plan, and evaluating the outcomes.

Duties include but -not -limited to:

Educate patients on treatments and expectations
Document treatments thoroughly
HIPPA compliance
Infection Control Compliance
Maintain Med Spa equipment and machines
Provide quality Botox and Cosmetic Fillers treatments
Provide PRP facial, hair restoration, and injection treatments
Retain patients through detailed follow-up protocols
Deliver quality care and give patients a five-star experience
Replenish and get the room ready for the next day

Education and Experience:

Licensed in TX

Experience in high-end customer service/client relation

Requirements

· Maintain current State License at TDLR (Esthetician and Laser Technician).

· Proven Sales ability and experience is REQUIRED.

· Must be able to work Saturdays. Hours are flexible.

· Able to stand 8-10 hour shifts.

· Able to lift 20lbs.

Job Hours: 35 -45 hours a week, 5-6 days a week.
