**Front Desk Receptionist – Spa**

**Position Overview:**
The Front Desk Receptionist at our spa is the first point of contact for clients. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive a warm welcome and have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in the door. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Client Reception:** Greet clients warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
– **Appointment Management:** Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using the spa’s booking system.
– **Customer Service:** Address client inquiries and concerns both in person and over the phone, providing accurate information about services and products.
– **Administrative Duties:** Maintain client records, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately.
– **Sales Support:** Promote and sell spa products and services, including memberships and gift cards.
– **Communication:** Relay messages to appropriate staff members and ensure efficient communication within the team.
– **Cleanliness & Organization:** Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and ensure brochures and promotional materials are stocked.
– **Problem-Solving:** Handle any issues or complaints professionally and escalate them to management as necessary.

**Qualifications:**
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in using scheduling and payment processing software.
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
– Positive attitude and professional appearance.

**Preferred Skills:**
– Knowledge of spa services and products.
– Experience with sales and upselling techniques.
– Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a spa setting.

**Working Conditions:**
