To join our face forward revolution, you possess a high degree of knowledge on protocols & modalities, skincare products & ingredients and consistent excellence in suggestive at-home care. With these criteria you will join a team of licensed estheticians obsessively focused on guests, service delivery & a whole lotta retail sales at our multiple Face Haus locations on the beauty floor at Target stores throughout the DFW Metroplex.

Say goodbye to dark, private, candlelit rooms and say HOWDY to a fast paced, fun, first of its kind retail & service concept, we’re bringing Face Haus’ all access super skincare treatments & products to prime real estate on the very accessible beauty floor at Targets!  You’ll deliver high-quality, feel-good skincare treatments for people on the go, provide expert advice & recommendations on skincare products for at everyday beauty routines! Come join our revolutionary team as we continue to face a bright future servicing DFW and Target guests alike! Targets’ iconic of-the-moment beauty floor along with Face Haus’ service concept & dedicated retail space is slated to have 100s of guests every day!

The positions available are both full-time & part time positions. Full-time statured positions  start at a minimum of 30 service hours.  Both positions include bimonthly team meet ups, educational forums, Target events & team-raderie events.

The position comes with a distinctive and market competitive compensation package, including a ‘wow’ retail skincare product and service commission structure in anticipation of the high volume of retail sales + services you will perform; plus, a separate monthly signature retail skincare product commission [curious about this one? ..make $$ even when you’re not on the floor, whoa!], plus a base hourly and a comprehensive health insurance plan & paid vacation time, yay!

Esthetician Responsibilities:

Perform outstanding skincare treatments following Face Haus-Target protocol & consistent with time allotment. Provide skincare guidance to all Target beauty guests whether a Face Haus guest or a Target one., you aim to please!
Perform Skin Health Analysis & provide Face Haus product prescriptions as part of your retail sales goals.
Highest level of commitment to safety and sanitation practices on the floor. You put the safety of yourself and your guests above all else.
Meet and exceed set Key Performance metrics, primarily based on retail sales + performing services.
Light Haus keeping of your Face Haus Beauty + Retail Space, such as re-stocking, visual merchandising tune ups, station set up/breakdown, general shop maintenance, including day to day equipment maintenance, assisting with opening & closing duties for your Beauty floor set up.
From time to time, as a team player, be a temporary alternative to your Esthies at other Face Haus Target locations and must be open to working at multiple locations, if required.

Required Qualifications:

Current state Esthetician’s license
+3 years working as a licensed esthetician, with a healthy obsession for skincare + products. You know your way around the beauty shop floor.
Must have a seasoned, strong, definable background in retail sales & skincare service delivery as a licensed esthetician.  You are not a beginner. You know skincare & you are sales driven and you are VOCAL!
Proficient with strip-less wax
Proficient on various electrical modalities, e.g. microdermabrasion, oxygen, high frequency, LED, Microcurrent, Facial Massage technique etc. Not a beginner.
Tech savvy with computer skills relating to skincare-based booking/retail software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and professional social media presence. Not a beginner

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform services wearing PPE (face mask + gloves)
Ability to bend the body downward and forward by bending legs and/or spine
Ability to stand, move around for sustained periods of time
Ability to perform repetitive substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and fingers
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
