We’re looking for Team Members who are:

Stylist Duties:
· Grow your styling potential
· Attend social and educational events
· Stay updated on trends in hairstyles and fashion
· Proactively develop new clients
· Recommend product benefits and assist clients in the selection of retail products or services for their hair care needs.
· Maintain a consistent relationship with Client base in order to ensure return client visits.
· Attend and participate in continuing education and training for new trends and techniques
· Attend and participate in community events to foster goodwill and brand awareness.
In addition Stylist will be responsible for Assisting the Salon
– in creating new hair styles with hair extensions, hair pieces or custom wig units
– in getting to know clients, maintaining relationships that already exist while building new ones
– Team building projects that promote building new clientele
– ensuring the salon always looks its best, by keeping it clean and organized
– provide assistance to rest of the staff – shampooing clients if not with another
– checking in and out clients
– make sure clients are happy and taken care of – offers water, coffee, wine
– washing and folding towels
