Specifically at our Briar Forest location we look for the “best of the best” cosmetologists or estheticians who love the beauty industry and want to join our team/family. We are looking for outgoing, motivated, team oriented, respectful and possess friendly customer service essentials to fit with our positive atmosphere! It is very important to us here at Briar Forest Amazing Lash Studio to uphold a positive and respectful culture that values the people we employ and the work they do.

Designs specific eyelash extension style sessions based upon guest’s individual needs/wants
Performs consecutive professional eyelash extension application sessions with honest, open, and professional communication at all times
Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and studio policies and procedures
Understands and promotes Amazing Lash’s exclusive retail products for guest’s at-home usage and aftercare so their lashes last as long as they should with each and every guest
Maintains and seeks knowledge of Amazing Lash’s exclusive products line, services, and lashes
Creates excellent experience for guests through professional,friendly, and helpful attitude
Provides frequency recommendations and education to members/guests on proper lash aftercare and our products
Helps maintain professionalism and cleanliness of not only just lash room but also salon
Must be willing to advance with us
Ability to self-promote and network for people to come see you and get their lashes done by you at the salon
Manage working under pressure
Demonstrate excellent conflict resolution and mediation skills.
*Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

*APPLICANT MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a Houston Esthetician or Cosmetologist license
Must be willing to learn our styles and lash application technique
Must be customer service oriented and be able to communicate effectively with every clients, studio management and sales associates
Must be able to sell lash upgrades,memberships and products
Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays. Our studio hours are M-Sat 9-8 pm and Sunday 10-6 pm
Must live within 30 miles from Briar Forest
Must want to be with us long term
Consistently creates a friendly environment for our guests by greeting and assisting: as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs
Reliable transportation
Answers incoming phone calls when you have down time and see receptionist is really busy to help out
Follow all Corporate/company Policies and Procedures
Memorize and use Lash terminology, scripts and standard responses
Arrive on time to their shifts 10-15 mins earlier, in proper uniform, and presence
Not someone to complain and start gossip
Present yourself well (Hygiene, Hair, Make-Up etc.)
Must be comfortable with being in our social media pictures/videos
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Willingness to travel for training and/or work IF ever needed
MUST WANT TO MAKE MONEY!
MOST IMPORTANTLY- Must possess a positive, proactive, upbeat and personable attitude. We treat our employees like family

*REQUIRED EDUCATION
High school or equivalent
*REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Customer Service: 1 year
Previous stylist and/or sales member experience is a plus
*REQUIRED LICENSE:
Cosmetologist or esthetician Houston license
*~The owner of this franchise owns the Atascocita location. If you look online we have AMAZING ratings of our salon/lashes/customer service. Atascocita is a small location but we are in the top 15 and always in the top 3 for retail and gift cards. We are expecting the best with Briar Forest!
