Role Mission:

The She’s Happy Hair Sales Associate is responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting the customers’ individual needs and expectations, building individual sales volume and establishing customer relationships. They will demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to growing their customer base & spend, and partner effectively with other team members.

The Associate will have an important role of driving conversion and sales while helping ensure the right customer experience is happening at all times. In addition, they may perform other customer service duties to support the store team, as needed. While required to perform some operational tasks to appropriate service customer needs, the main focus of this role is to support and deliver Service Excellence. The individual will also serve as a She’s Happy Hair Ambassador by promoting the philosophy and values of the brand.

Key Accountabilities

Focus all efforts on providing an exceptional customer experience
Consistent sales performance with demonstrated results in achieving and exceeding sales quota required
Effective interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
Required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that includes, evenings, weekends and holidays
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and individual and store sales goals
Maintain a consistent high level of customer service by creating and developing excellent customer relationships
Recommends merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as She’s Happy Hair history
Looks for opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales
Capture meaningful customer data according to the Company tools (CRM), for the purposes of connecting with the customer, building relationships and personalizing future customer development opportunities
Ability to discuss with customers and give advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the premium hair extension market, showing passion for beauty and luxury hair
Manage the overall process and act as the expert for products
Work as a team player and foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment
Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers, colleagues and merchandise
Contribute to the daily operations of the store
Adhere to She’s Happy Hair Image standards and guidelines
Follow all company policies and procedures

Key Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Exhibits a high energy, positive and welcoming attitude to others
Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential
Accuracy and attention to detail needed
Candidate should be team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively
Ability to work in a dynamic, positive and happy environment
Communicates with professionalism and tact
High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Effectively listens to others, and shows respect for others’ opinions
Adapts to work effectively with others who have different communication/working styles
Contributes to a positive work environment that makes work rewarding and enjoyable
