We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team at our NEW and first POLISHED location in Grapevine! The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nail care and providing exceptional services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments, maintaining hygiene standards, and contributing to the overall client experience.
Duties
Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques to provide clients with innovative options.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with health regulations.
Upsell additional services
Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and recommend retail products for at-home maintenance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Skills
Proficient in various nail services and techniques including GelX and Dip.
Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Conversational English is a must
Ability to upsell services while maintaining a positive client relationship.
