Sweet and Sassy: Southlake — Full Time
This store serves as the flagship store for the Sweet & Sassy chain. Sweet & Sassy is a children’s salon, spa and retail store for girls 3-12. Customers enjoy top-quality services including haircuts, up-do’s, mini-manicures, mini-pedicures, and ear piercing.
Over the last 10+ years we have made a name for ourselves as THE place for girls and tweens to have fun. We have been featured on Good Morning America, in The New York Times, The Laura Ingraham Show, Daily Candy, Good Morning Texas, (and even twice on The Real Housewives of New Jersey!) We are THE place for girls and tweens to celebrate being a girl.
We are looking for and will only hire stylists who are “A Players”. Stylist who work hard, have a great attitude, are fun to be with, and take outstanding care of their customers. In return, we consider it our job to take care of you. This position is full time position – availability to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well as weekdays.

You make your customer’s day magical by delivering Wow! Customer Experiences and going above and beyond to make your customer’s happy.
You get to know your customer. You take notes about customer, and put them in their file. You use your customer’s name from greeting to closing.
You are helpful! You look for ways to make other guests in the store smile and make their day. You look for ways to help other team members in the store.
You “get it right or make it right” with your customers. When there is a miscommunication, regardless of whose fault it is, you make it right or work with your manager to find a way to make it right.
You follow procedures without taking short-cuts. This includes Glitter Stars, Store Tours, thank you notes, greetings, checklists, and checkouts. You follow the little details that make a difference.
You participate in trainings and lunch and learns to improve your skill set.
You follow our no-gossip policy. If you have a problem, you discuss it with the person you have a problem with first, then your supervisor.
You build your business by writing thank you’s, calling and texting customers who are 8+ weeks post visit, converting customers to “Join the Club”, and asking for the next appointment before they leave.

Pay Program:
Total: $21-$31 per hour
Guaranteed Base: $14-$16 per hour
+ Tips: $5-$10
+ Bonus: $2-$5
+ Signing Bonus: $300
