· Experience in beauty and wellness industry. Esthetician experience preferred
· Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner
· Ability to perform customized facials, peels, microdermabrasion & waxing
· Ability to successfully recommend products, services and upgrades
REQUIREMENTS:
· Must carry liability insurance
· Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations
· Maintain a strong desire to help others through the healing benefits of spa services

Licensed Estheticians will get compensated on competitive tier structured commission plan. Based on request percentages and service offerings, commission plus gratuities can make a range between $35-$60 / hour. Sometimes even more!
