Face Haus is looking for a few skin & (people) obsessed Estheticians to join our Houston “Haus” team!
Say goodbye to those dark, muted and a bit too private, candlelit rooms, and say hello to a bright modern space with good vibes & superior facials. We deliver high-quality, feel-good facials for just about everyone on the go! And since 2013, we’ve been synonymous with ensuring that good skin health is accessible to everybody & easy on the wallet too.

Notably, our HAUS ESTHETICIANS are the heart and soul of our business. We are skin health experts and we never tire of seeing our clients’ faces glow. Having a pep in your step and a happy, caring, professional disposition is equally important to the haus team.
We’re looking to fill a variety of shifts including our fun-filled most enviable weekend shifts! Our ‘Esthies’ are well known throughout our Dallas neighborhoods, servicing a high volume of loyal guests coupled with competitive compensation packages averaging an hourly rate of +$40 and with consistent supplemental pay monthly.

An inherent proclivity towards making people feel good about themselves, clients, team members, passersby, our vendors, next-door neighbors, etc.
You’ll be a Face Haus brand ambassador, where you’ll be assisting in creating fresh relevant in the moment content & promoting our haus happenings on our digital media channels
You’re part of the Haus team! Cleanliness is next to Wonderfulness! Therefore, keeping the haus orderly, such as re-stocking, station set up, general shop maintenance, and assisting with opening and closing duties is part of the daily.
There are Qualifications to be met:
Must possess a valid state Esthetician license
2-3 years minimum salon or spa Esthetics experience
Managing client expectations & keeping yourself accountable to resolving client matters.
Did we say, we’re looking for enthusiastic, engaged, energetic, personable, and friendly, as well as passionate, smart, and caring people. (yes, this is a qualification!).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Superior time management & awareness.
The ability to stretch towards new ideas & new ways of thinking!
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform services wearing PPE (face mask, face shield, gloves)
Ability to bend the body downward and forward by bending legs and/or spine
Ability to stand/sit for sustained periods of time
Ability to perform repetitive substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and fingers
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
